spicyinvalid Doity Horse provides a brilliant wealth of imaginative performances from both composers and performers alike. So much so, that it provoke us 'jazzheadzz' with an astounding preponderance worth its weight in gold of countless musical ecstasies. As for me, my favorite is the penultimate track of the 'Sid Yiddish' suite with its breath taking sax solo; a mightily luscious calm before the perfect post-fusion jam that follows. Favorite track: Sid Yiddish (Part 1).

Jeff Kortsch This album is definitely a step forward for Marbin. It has a lot more bass from Jon Nadel and monster drumming from Everette Benton Jr.. Of course Dani Rabin (guitar) and Danny Markovitch (saxophone) are great. On first listen, I repeated Headless Chicken three times. Outstanding. When these guys come to your town, you have to check them out live.
